dear Lokji,
according to your prblem you are getting the right speed as the dail up connection
has,beacuse in nepal the telephone line data transfer capacity is only 4 - 5 KBPS
so if you changed whetehr RAM or other accessrios of your PC your internet speed
will be same but increases your PC`s speed if you really want high speed then u must
look to broadband ,here are many ISP `s who provides your solution .and we also provide
the braodband here in neapl you can contatc ur in 4440093 and 4440034 websurfer nepal
