You could start by describing the problems you're having, and perhaps someone here 
can help sort things out. You'll need to be clear and provide enough details. 

As for uninstalling XP, Windows isn't normally Uninstalled. Your options depend on 
your situation. If you got a restore CD with your system, you could run that to return 
your system to "factory state". 

If not, you'll need an legit Windows installation CD and go the formatting route.
