Program not responding when deleting user accounts

Good afternoon all; I recently acquired a working P4 1.4G Compaq Presario. When
trying to delete the previous user accounts, I am unable to delete the ones assigned
as computer administrators. The program stops responding. I was able to delete
an account with in "limited" rights and it let me set up my account. I am using
the user accounts window to try and accomplish this. Is there another way to go
about this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
