Since there are no passwords on the accounts in question then my suggestion does 
not apply.

There is an alternate user accounts applet that can be run by typing "control userpasswords2" 
without the quotes into Start>Run.

The recovery solution is what is provided by the computer manufacturer when the computer 
was purchased to either reinstall the operating system or to return the computer 
to factory-fresh condition.  This will usually be a program that stores its data 
on one or more recovery CDs, or in a hidden partition on the hard disk.  You can 
find out what the computer has by looking up the exact model number at the support 
pages of the manufacturer.
