I have been to the website and the solution offered said to update the BIOS but that crashed my laptop and I only got a replacement BIOS chip as a result of some very delicate negotiations as Fujistsu-Seimens do not sell the chip (or tell you on their website they don't) so updating the BIOS is not an option right now
