i booted of a ME startup disk and none of the drive letters seemed to be the one
for the OS so i couldnt go to c:windows,security,database..etc on the troublesome
computer. I took the HD out and put it in my good computer and copied the secedit.sdb
file from my HD to the replace the one on the bad HD. Put that bad HD back in its
machine and still the same problem...
also, when i pressed "s" after pressing f6 on the winxp setup screen, it said "insert
a manufacturer diskette" or some kind and i didnt get the option to do NTAccess at
all.....NTAccess also doesnt appear to be on the XP disk...i would expect it to be
an executeable of some kind on the cd, but i'm not sure it works that way...Thanks!
