3D Mark 2005 installation error

I am literally getting tired of my own computer.
It's brand new, good system AMD Athlon 64 3700+
2 gigs of RAM (Corsair)
nVidia GeForce 6800 GT
but my computer is having all these hiccups.
When I try to install this new demo of 3D Mark 2005 benchmark during halfway through
installation I get this popup

This error stops installation and I dont know what it means either, what Do I do?
can somebody help? anybody had similar problems???
