Once finish downloading, double-click it. Click Next After that, it will ask you where to install HijackThis, by default, it will be installed on "C:\Program Files\Hijackthis" click Next Click Next again Under Additional icons, put a check on both boxes Click Install, after installation, proceed below: Close all programs running, then open HijackThis (through the desktop icon made or in Start > All Programs) Next, click Do a system scan and save a log file Once its finish, a notepad will pop with the results of the scan Click EDIT, then SELECT ALL Next, click EDIT, then COPY Go back to the thread, and paste the results of your HJT log as your reply Please make sure you check the "preserve spacing button" on the bottom of the posting page. [X]Check this box to preserve your spacing, or leave it unchecked to have your text wrapped automatically. Tip: Don't use this option unless you really need it; use the preview feature on the next page if you're not sure.
