I have a question about How do I turn off the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as my default image viewer?:

I have looked at all the tips here as my problem is that Picture viewer has stopped working. I tried to use open with to reset but that doesn't work either. When I ran Rundll32.exe c:\windows\system32\shimgvw.dll, Imageview_Fullscreen %1 I get a message saying Error in c:\windows\system32\shimgvw.dll Missing Entry: Imageview_Fullscreen. Any help would be appreciated.
