You cant have Norton Antivirus (2005) enabled upon startup and then you run the program/script from Kellys-Korner-XP.com called disablerefresh.reg. I had to quickly run disablerefresh.reg upon startup and when done everything was fine and I then enabled Norton Antivirus 2005. I think I have to repeat this process each time I log off though....
