Verifier.exe crashes upon reboot

I have been struggling with system hangs lately. I have tried to find a reason with
verfier.exe.
However after setting up a complete driver verification at the following reboot winxppro
inmediately crashes during startup with a bluescreen and subsequent reboot again
proposing to start with "last known good"
