Fortunately after the first time, I printed out the two fixes so I was able to use again last week. I too got the error on deleting the keys, but the fix still worked. I did the "King" PnP Emulator fix FIRST, then the "Ven" device delete/restore second. You may have to try it again, doing them in that order. I am not sure if one only will work or if done in the opposite order. My heartfelt thanks go to King & Ven for providing the ONLY working solutions!
