you shouldn't say that because one day everyone that knows didn't know :) ok restart computer and then before the windows logo kicks in keep pressing F8. a menu in dos will come up and there, there is many options...choose safe mode only (usually first choice) and there you go. a warning comes that this is safe mode. then do the check there...
