Go to start/control panel/folder options/file types/new When the new button opened I typed in .jpg clicked advanced which opened “Associate file with” Select the program you wish this extension to be associated with. Click okay and when the message comes up When I clicked okay it said replace default Photoshop 7.0 Application with Paint Shop Pro ? Say yes and it works great.
