For what its worth..here are my observations. The trick with Taskmanagement (stop
explorer and start it again) got me 5 of the 6 taskbar icon's I should see (Microsoft
anti Spyware Beta icon missing). The trick with a change in registry (Clumsy Hamster)
did not work for me.
The only way to get them all six back is to login manually. For example ,when I login
automatically I get only three icon's (Kaspersky Antivirus, a Realtek icon and the
Wireless Network icon). Signing off and signing on manually with password gives me
back all six icon's.
This faulty behavour of XP (Home or Professional) classicstyle I can show on two
PC's and one laptop. Hope somebody will find the ultimate solution for it some day.....
Best Regards
Karel
