If you have a problem that you would like help with, do not add your complaint to
the middle of an old thread where hardly anyone will see it. Write your own new
message, including capitalization, punctuation, paragraph breaks, and none of the
idiotic juvenile IM slang crap.
Add the details about the system affected, the trouble- shooting attempts performed
so far, the exact words of any error messages, and when you are done, if you wrote
as many as five sentences, you need to check off the "Preserve Spacing" box at the
bottom, ignoring the bad advice there.
