I also found an entry: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System That has the two lines, however if there's a change to the GPO, these can be written back. Creating a DWORD Named: DisableCAD (control alt delete) with a value of 1 will stop the control alt screen from appearing, proceeding with the autologin, and launching your program/server automatically.
