Kevin, Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I'm having a similar problem after applying XP post SP2 updates... my MaxDisplays MD-219 on 3DLabs VP990 Pro worked fine until reboot and now can only see the primary display. If I swap the cables at the DVI ports I see the secondary display... but never both simultaneously. Thanks
