Wireless connectivity

I recently had my high speed internet installed in my new apartment and after several
days of trying to get my wireless network set up just as it had been in my last apartment,
I can no longer get one of my machines to connect. The strange thing is that it pulls
valid ip addresses from my isp. It sees my network but I cannot connect to anything
on the outside. Windows firewall is turned off and I uninstalled my firewall all
together. I disabled WEP encrytion on my router and at one point during the process
I restored all of the factory defaults - to no avail. There doesn't seem to be anything
in the setup of any of my equipment that would present me with this set of circumstances,
but it is behaving as though something is blocking my internet access. Does anyone
have any ideas?
