I am having the same problem except that I didn't even uninstall Roxio. I just upgraded XP to Tablet PC Edition and it's driving me nuts. Any drag and drop or copy or right-click on drives, etc. will initiate Roxio installation program. Unfortunately, I don't have the installation CD so I dare not to uninstall it. Roxio needs to do a better job. Thumbs down. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
