Well you guys obviously know it has nothing to do with mup.sys but with what comes after it. If you can ever figure out what actually loads after it that would be great but seems almost impossible. Well my problem was a bad hard drive which was new and thats why i was so confused in any case after i get a new one i hope it works fine.
