I have been searching everywhere for help and this is getting very close! I think
I have the same problem as below. It's not that picture and fax viewer isn't there,
and it is my default (I have done all the above steps and everything seems to be
as it should). It's just not working. The thumbnails are not showing the picture
(just the standard icon thingy) and double clicking on them just does nothing. Clicking
on 'show as a filmstrip' also does nothing, everything just sits there. Also right
clicking and trying 'preview' does nothing. The video files do have a picture and
they do play when I double click them.
Any help with this would be really appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Nik
