MJB you are awesome! Two of the 8 people in my office were having to copy and paste
links from Outlook and your instructions worked GREAT! Once I changed the URL items
it worked, I didn't even need to do the rest of the instructions.
James and Kyle Knapp-I had the same problem as you when I worked on the 2nd person's
computer. Once I double-checked this part:
DDE should be set to: %1,,-1,0,,,,
It worked fine. Make sure you type that field exactly as it is stated there.
