Check MS Instructions at http://support.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx?qu=Q326674 If that does not work try going to: http://www.symantec.com/search/ and enter this document number: 2005012615473746 Particular attention to the bottom of the page where it says "Additional Information" in red bold text, if the instructions at the top section of the symantec page does not work.
