***Figured it out!!!***
... in the web tab of *customize desktop* make sure *My Current HomePage* is unchecked,
then click the *properties* BUTTON to the right... then make sure *Make this page
available offline* is UNchecked... APPLY and say OK to the remaining property sheets...
you may have to refresh the desktop... worked after doing all the reccomended settings
on this topic, and still not working... also verified that it can cause the problem
by re-enabling the checkbox...sure enough, it was the problem. Hope this helps guys....
