The link to that mem checker from MS gets posted here all the time if one just searches for it... Another piece of advice I am always posting is to remove the modules, take a pencil eraser and clean off both sides of the contacts. Re-insert and try your test again. You would be surprised how many modules get "fixed" with a good cleaning.
