32-bit Setup Launcher Problems

I had the same problem. If you have an ati graphics card this conflicts with the setup, i shut down CLI.exe from opening up Task Manager (CTRL - ALT - DEL) and going into processes - as soon as i ended this all the 32-bit setup's i had worked!!!
