Please download HiJackThis into its own permanent folder, example: C:\MyHJT\HJT.exe, C:\Program Files\MYHJT\HJT.exe or C:\MyDocuments\MyHJT\HJT.exe DownloadHJT Double click on it to open it up, hit the Do a system scan and save log button, WordPad will open and it will be saved in the folder, copy and paste the entire log into your reply. (use edit > select all > copy > paste it into your reply) Please make sure you check the "preserve spacing button" on the bottom of the posting page. HERE---->[X]Check this box to preserve your spacing, or leave it unchecked to have your text wrapped automatically. Tip: Don't use this option unless you really need it; use the preview feature on the next page if you're not sure.
