How about linking us to the web site and exact page on which you ordered the copy
of XP Home? I presume the disc you received is a genuine hologram-looking MS XP
CDROM, or is it a simple copy that looks like a 12 year old burned it?
And RiceR46 is right, the going price for a legitimate systembuilder/OEM copy of
XP Home Ed is in the $85-90 range.
Microsoft has a program that provides a discounted or complimentary copy of XP to
folks who have been bilked by counterfeit copies of XP, but since your copy is not
counterfeit I don't think it would apply to you. As someone else posted, it's more
a simple case of not receiving the goods you ordered and paid for.
