Thanks for the suggestion. I do not have a file called gpedit.msc I also note that I can no longer download files using IE (Works OK with Firefox) Perhaps this is linked. I also tried renaming taskmgr.exe but I still get the same message displayed when trying to run taskmanager. I run Norton antivirus which constantly updated but still expect something like this.
