Have you done this? click on My Computer, click to tools, folder options, file types. Scrool don the list until you find ZIP. click once on ZIP, you should now see what the current setting is to open zip files, if there is a box labeled restore, click it once. That should be all yopu have to do. If you already did this and it does not work, please let us know.
