I don't have it on my system (XP Home), so it may not be a standard Windows file. I'd try searching for it on your system. If you find it in a program files\yahoo directory, try uninstalling Yahoo Toolbar/Companion. If you find it in windows or windows\system32, try getting properties on it to see what it belongs to.
