If you did find it in a Yahoo directory, you could try reinstalling Yahoo toolbar (should be able to find it at download.com), which may put it back into Add/Remove and then you can uninstall properly. If you found it somewhere else, you'd have to figure out its parent program from its location/properties. If you found it in a windows folder, it could be malware so I'd suggest going through steps at the link below to make sure there's nothing else lurking around.
