Renaming files Thursday, March 16, 2006 at 6:51 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Heather (79 messages posted) Hi....hoping someone can help me out here please. When I go to rename say a .jpg or mp3 file a box comes up asking if I want to change it (which I've not had before). If I click yes the file then changes to .rar file. This only recently started happening.
