Windows stuck loading Thursday, March 16, 2006 at 8:35 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by cyrus (96 messages posted) My friend just installed a new update from windows and when she restarted her computer it was stuck on the initial windows startup screen with the scrolling blue bar. The bar is moving but after any amount of time the computer never continues to startup. It will still run in safe mode and the update from today does not show up in the add/remove programs list.
