With so little information given in your message and possible mis-understanding of
terminology, let's clarify your situation.
-- You are a XP-Pro user?
-- Your computer is not a server?
-- You cannot get "onto AOL" - which means what exactly?
-- What other misbehavior, if any, are you having with your computer? Be specific.
-- Have you scanned your computer system for vires and malware, and if so, what were
the results?
FYI: what you called a "worm" is a security buffer overflow vulnerability discussed
