May just have to live with it. WMP is hard to fix when it goes bad. Actually each version of WMP is worse then the last version. I would just start using a good 3rd party Media player, the advantage is they are easy to fix if they have a problem, and they don't have all the Digital Rights Management that has turned WMP into the music Police when it works. I have been using WinAmp for many Computer Years, and it is simple easy to use, and lots of internet Support sites.
