First, reboot, and then empty the recycle bin, delete the temp files and temp
internet files for all user-accounts on the computer, and delete the temp files in
the Windows\Temp folder. (You may keep in the recycle bin or any folder for temp
files any files that you know to be safe.)
Disable or turn-off NAV's resident/active monitoring feature.
Make sure that your firewall is on and active.
Have all programs closed.
Now open your browser and try to connect to AOL - can you do it?
