If your system is clean, and if you are not having any other problems, getting
NAV updates probably won't solve the problem, and getting MS updates certainly won't
solve the problem. The problem stems from NAV detecting a problem in connecting
to AOL, and you will need to explore those two entities (e.g. their respective tech
help and web-sites) for the solution, or keep your active resident monitoring feature
in NAV turned-off. I don't believe your problem is one directly with WinXP.
