Good Luck, if you decide to try WinAmp, I still like and use a older Version 2.95. WinAmp can be re skinned with many different fun skins, found online. I enjoy Internet radio when Web surfing, and WinAmp has Hundreds of Web radio Stations found in it's Library. I always had weird Buffering problems with Windows Media Player when listening to Internet radio, but for some reason no problems with WinAmp. WinAmp will also play a wider selection of Music formats, like ogg, and all the new lossless formats, which WMP won't touch. All software can go bad, and WinAmp can be reinstalled in about 2 minutes if a problem ever arises. If you get WMP fixed, just save it for the Occasional Video Stream that will only open with WMP. That is what WMP is really for. WMP is just not durable enough for heavy everyday Media use.
