I'm sorry for sounding like a dumbass, but I downloaded this program, but where do
I go once it's launched? There are so many various options, also... I can only obtain
the iinformation on what bad device drive it is after my computer 'crashes'. See,
sometimes it freezes, and sometimes it crashes, but crashing only occurs once in
a while. Sometimes the screen would go all BLUE and then it would restart, or I would
have to hit the restart button, and once its restarted a message pops up, and takes
me to Microsoft site telling me whats the problem, etc..
