When the blue screen appears press Pause (top right hand corner of keyboard). Then
you will be able to record what the error is.
As far as Aida32 is concerned, if you do not know where you downloaded it, then do
a file search. Click Start, Search, For Files or Folders, type in aida32. When it
finds it just double click on it, it will reveal Aida32.exe. Double click on it and
it will search and reveal all the information about your computer.
On the left hand side, click the +sign and it will expand all the information on
the right hand side. Look at it carefully and see if it reports a problem.
Repeat for each +sign. Somewhere, during the examination, you should find a problem.
It will report it even without the blue sccreen.
If there is a problem then there will also be a link, in blue, to a site where you
can download and update a particular driver.
