Settings tab ) If I remember correctly - the TI4200 doesn't offer a clone setting but you can get an aux program such as 'TV Tool' to make it clone a duplicate of your main screen. If you have the 64mb version, you may need to enable the 2nd tv out as the main screen to watch movies on it or it might just show black screen. Believe the 128MB version handles it ok without change.
