Look at that link. READ that link.

It's there, and it's name is Task Manager, same as in all Windows since Win95. It did change by one key's worth.

The last one on the list before the "Back to Top" linky, and the line that reads "Dialog Box Keyboard Shortcuts".

I ask again, are you afflicted with vision problems, such that you do not see and read the screen without some sort of audio aids?
