kiwi - don't know what you're on about! Ctrl+Alt+Del in NT based systems has always
brought up a menu - one of whose options is task manager. However (and I'm not sure
exactly what is responsible) - if you have all service packs and patches installed,
it now just brings up task manager (I did start researching why this happens, but
as task manager has most of the options on the previous Ctrl+Alt+Del menu - just
change password missing, and can do that elsewhere - haven't looked seriously).

You can always get something like process explorer from www.sysinternals.com if you
want an alternative view of processes.
