Yes, I mean opening up the computer and removing everything except what I mentioned.
If you're not comfortable doing this then it's probably not a good idea. Do you have
any "techie" friends that could help you with this?
To prevent the computer from automatically restarting when you get the error:
Go to System Properties (right-click on My Computer)
- Advanced
- Startup and Recovery - Settings
- Un-check Automatically restart.
Then you should be able to copy down (and post here) the exact information displayed
on the blue screen.
