Program won't work Sunday, March 19, 2006 at 10:42 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Tiffany (1 messages posted) I'm not sure if it's my computer that's causing the error or the software. I just got this web editor software and installed in correctely but everytime I try to open it, I get that, "This program has caused an error and needs to be closed/shutdown." I've tried uninstalling and re-installing and I still get the same answer. Their website is of no use because when I go to the support page and try to ask in one of their forums, I get, "Internet Explorer has caused an error and needs to be closed." Any idea as to what I can do about that?
