Have tried different leads and another printer with no joy. The only way I can uninstall the printers is by opening the printers and faxes window (the printers dont appear) then right clicking and selecting server properties and using that to uninstall the printer drivers. The built in scanner and memory cards on the printer appear on the computer and work properly, and as I mentioned they all worked perfectly before moving it and using some computer cleaning programs to speed the computer up.
