It is free from Microsoft. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301 Run it and it will show a list of programs it has helped to install (and track). Feel free to delete any item you think is the cause of your problem. By doing this it clears WI's database but does not effect the installed program in any way. WI has been known to cause problems, including getting programs mixed up...so the simplest way is to delete the offending programs database record using MICU.
