get another pc. take your drive put it in slave on the second pc then find the 2 sam.* files on the slave drive not the c: drive and delete them. your slave drive that was the c: drive in your first pc can be d: E: f: and so on depending how many hdrives you have on the second pc. put back your drive in the first pc. windows will recreate the 2 sam.* files that was containing the hacker psswd. you Should go thru with no prob.
